NLP began with modeling, excellent communicators. It discovered what these
exceptional people were doing that meant they got their exceptional results.

Here is how we will implement a modeling project

1. Preliminary interviews to understand your goals and identify the competencies to
model.
We identify the top performers and how many to model.
We agree a budget, an action plan and a time line.
2. Interviews with each of the top performers.
3. Interviews with some average performers.
4. Na analysis to find out the critical differences between the top performers and
the others.
5. A test of the results and a full written report of the project.
6. Designing a training to teach the average performers, the patterns of the
exceptional performers. Training the organisation’s trainers to deliver this
training if necessary.
