RETURN POLICY Electronic Books, Audio Books and Paper books cannot be returned once dispatched. Bookings for Training courses may be transferred to other people. See Transfer policy down below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Course Bookings that are cancelled 30 days before the training will be repaid, less 20% for administration cost and the bank transfer fee of the repayment. After this date, the amount payed will be repaid, less 30% for administration cost and the bank transfer fee of the repayment.
TRANSFER POLICY
Participants who need to change the date of their course should contact Lambent do Brasil more than 40 days before the start of the course they are currently subscribed. After this date, they will pay an administration fee equal to 10% of the price of the course.
DELIVERY POLICY
Electronic books and Audio Books will be available for download from this site as soon the credit card transaction is approved. The client may download the product for a limited period. After that the client needs to request by email for a new period if needed. The period is clearly indicated when you pay for the material.

All personal information supplied to the LAMBENT UK is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold to any third parties. All information viewed in Secure Services is protected through 128 bit encryption. The LAMBENT UK´s privacy policy is to respect and protect the privacy of members of the LAMBENT UK and any other site published by the LAMBENT UK.
